Description

Update pymol to new upstream 1.3 release. Add support for gcc45 variant. Add patch to fix 1.3 specific build issues and to solve problems with apbs-tools2 finding required support files.

There were a couple of problems that I fixed:

  • The revision should be 0 which is the default, so I removed the revision line.
  • The gcc45 variant was called gcc44.
