teTeX is dead, replace with texlive?

Description
teTeX hasn't been supported for years and TeX Live is the recommended replacement. Any reason we shouldn't change the port to be replaced_by texlive? (after making sure that tetex->texlive updates work cleanly, of course)

Actually, tetex doesn't even build anymore -- its post-activate script fails when running fmtutil. It looks like the latex sources check the system clock and refuse to build when the sources are more than 5 years old.
I think upgrading tetex to texlive works smoothly if we add tetex to the list of ports to deactivate in texlive-common's pre-activate hook (along with the old texlive_base, etc), and set
replaced_by texlive
on tetex, but I'm still testing it...
