Description

Update zmq from 1.0.0 to 2.0.7.

Note significant change in zmq with the removal of language bindings from the core zmq library.

Note changes to the description due to zmq's change in focus away from just amqp.

Also note that zmq core is now just a library, and does not include a binary executable.

zmq version 2.0.9 has been released. sha1 is "c636c5b28f2ed4e5b10299d5fe4b08dccbeabe22".

Updated to 2.0.9 in r71763. I also removed the variants as indicated here and in #25067 and updated the description as indicated in #25067, fixed the livecheck, and disabled the universal variant, since when selected it did not produce universal software.
