Subject says it all.
I did do a selfupdate before.
Output of 'sudo port -d install dos2unix' is attached.

Sorry about that. I did read the ticket guidelines and the Problem Hotlist, but there was no mentioning of those points.
Well, I am a bit embarrassed, because on the FAQ page was a hint how to solve the problem, and it worked.
So this ticket should be closed.

Afterthought:
Could the 'port' command be made such that in the case of a checksum mismatch it runs 'sudo port clean --all <portname>' and then tries again?
Or perhaps just suggesting running that command would be very helpful.
