slocate: "option requires an argument"

Description

In /opt/local/etc/daily.slocate there is written: 

cd / && /opt/local/bin/slocate -u -c

But slocate complains about the -c: 

bash-3.2# /opt/local/bin/slocate -u -c
/opt/local/bin/slocate: option requires an argument -- c
