dblatex not installing

Description

I ran 

sudo port clean --all -f dblatex

and then, 

sudo port -v install dblatex >buildout.txt 2>builderror.txt

I attach the output, error and log files.

This is the same as ​http://trac.macports.org/ticket/25872

Now it works: 

$ port installed texlive-latex-recommended
The following ports are currently installed:
  texlive-latex-recommended @15271_1+doc (active)
$ sudo port clean --all -f dblatex
Password:
--->  Cleaning dblatex
$ sudo port -v install dblatex >buildout.txt 2>builderror.txt

Please add dependency on texlive-latex-recommended

Milestone: MacPorts 1.9.2

As per the ticket guidelines, please don't set the Milestone field.
