Description
I attach a Portfile for GCAM (http://gcam.js.cx/wiki/Main_Page).
Please note that this relies on gtkglext, of which the current Portfile version (4) does not work. There is a patch for version 5 here https://trac.macports.org/ticket/25782 which fixes the bug in gtkglext and allows GCAM to work.

gtkglext has now been updated. This port will now work without any need for patching gtkglext.

- removed configure.args because --prefix=${prefix} is the default value of configure.pre_args
