Description
URLs for patch files in port file are:
http://www.oracle.com/technology/products/berkeley-db/db/update/4.7.25/patch.4.7.25.1
http://www.oracle.com/technology/products/berkeley-db/db/update/4.7.25/patch.4.7.25.2
http://www.oracle.com/technology/products/berkeley-db/db/update/4.7.25/patch.4.7.25.3
Which do not point to the patch files. The closest thing I could find to he patches is at http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/database/berkeleydb/patch-088170.html Maybe you can create the patch files as descibed there and host the patches at macport?
