I´m using Mac OS X v: 10.6.4 updated to the last versión.

when I do: sudi port install gnome-terminal ... this is the result: 

--->  Computing dependencies for gnome-terminal
--->  Building gnome-terminal
Error: Target org.macports.build returned: shell command failed
