Description
Updated portfile and patch files to the current stable zabbix release (version 1.8.2). I tested this update successfully on Mac OS X 10.6.4 as local portfile.

It would be better to submit the version update and the other changes as separate diffs, as I don't know if Mark will want to apply the latter. Note also that the first revision for a new version should be 0.
Some changes in the post-activate section were necessary in order to provide actual working instructions to the user. I also removed duplicate descriptions, which are already mentioned within other ports (mysql5-server and php5)... just to make maintenance easier.

I tested this update successfully on Mac OS X 10.6.4 as local portfile.
Tests for default variant also successfully on Mac OS X 10.5.8 (PPC) and Mac OS X Server 10.6.4 (Intel).
