Description
when trying to install pymol using the command "sudo port install -d pymol"
I got the following errors:
---> Computing dependencies for pymol ---> Verifying checksum(s) for db46 Error: Checksum (md5) mismatch for patch.4.6.21.1 Error: Checksum (md5) mismatch for patch.4.6.21.2 Error: Checksum (md5) mismatch for patch.4.6.21.3 Error: Checksum (md5) mismatch for patch.4.6.21.4 Error: Target org.macports.checksum returned: Unable to verify file checksums Error: The following dependencies failed to build: py26-numeric python26 db46 gdbm openssl readline sqlite3 tk Xft2 fontconfig xrender xorg-renderproto tcl xorg-libXScrnSaver xorg-scrnsaverproto py26-pmw xdpyinfo xorg-libXinerama xorg-xineramaproto xorg-libXtst xorg-recordproto xorg-libXxf86vm xorg-xf86vidmodeproto xorg-libdmx xorg-dmxproto Error: Status 1 encountered during processing. which shows there seems to be a problem with checksums.
