Thanks, updated to 1.6 in r71987. I did not add "--exec-prefix=${prefix}" from your patch because I did not see why that would be necessary.

Hi, I add the option "--exec-prefix=${prefix}" for fix this problem:
Warning: violation by /usr Warning: tcl-tls violates the layout of the ports-filesystems! Warning: Please fix or indicate this misbehavior (if it is intended), it will be an error in future releases!

I do not get that error, with or without the option. Could you attach your main.log from your installation, and also show "port contents tcl-tls" so I'll see what it has installed in /usr?

The port command is:
port contents tcl-tls Port tcl-tls contains: /opt/local/include/tls.h /usr/lib/tls1.6/libtls1.6.dylib /usr/lib/tls1.6/pkgIndex.tcl /usr/lib/tls1.6/tls.tcl
Where is the file main.log please ?
Thank you.

You're absolutely right. Somehow I was looking at the 1.5.0 version still. I also now see in my log:
configure: --exec-prefix defaulting to TCL_EXEC_PREFIX /usr
Fixed in r72110.
