mono parallel build fails

Description
I did a port selfupdate and port upgrade outdated earlier this week. Today I did port install mono and it failed. The log is attached. The key error was:
:info:build libtool: link: `mach_dep.lo' is not a valid libtool object

Summary: | mono 2.6.4 fails to install → mono parallel build fails |
I see this too. The first result on Google for "`mach_dep.lo' is not a valid libtool object" shows this is a parallel build issue so I turned off the parallel build in r71723 along with updating the port to version 2.6.7.
