My goal was to upgrade kdelibs4 - not necessarily interested in virtuoso. I read the virtuoso README and using their recommended CFLAGS for OS X 10.6 x86-64, and attempted to manually rebuild virtuoso in its work directory from the configure step. Make failed in the same location with the same error. I got past this hurdle, by analyzing with port rdeps to locate the soprano dependent and commenting out #depends_run-append port:virtuoso
I am hoping I really do not need virtuoso at runtime. I am the kdenlive port maintainer, and Kdenlive does not rely upon Nepomuk.
