I was doing a port -a upgrade Parser was installed, but it seemed as if all darwinports were broken and behaved really strangelly. I cannot reproduce the problm, since the only way to solve the whole situation was to reinstall everything.

closing this since the reporter couldn't reproduce it....
Why is it activating, deactivating, the configuring? Also, is p5-xml-parser installed?
