Description

Installing tightvnc @1.3.10 fails with a segmentation fault (build log attached) while running gccmakedep. gccmakedep further segfaults when called on the command line with no arguments.

OS X Leopard 10.5.8 PPC XCode 3.1.2 MacPorts 1.9.1

Something is screwy here. gccmakedep is a shell script, so it can't crash as such. /bin/sh could crash, or a command run by the script could crash, but that's not what the log shows. In any case, it doesn't appear to be something that could be fixed in the port.
