camlp5 5.14 and ocaml 3.12.0 not compaible

Description

Ocaml has been upgraded to 3.12 but camlp5 is still at 5.14

The version compatible with 3.12 is 5.15

There is a history of this bug coming up, see 18292 and 20219. Isn't there some way of ensuring that both packages are kept in sync?

Updated camlp5 to 5.15 in r72369 and added a note to ocaml in r72370 about needing to update camlp5.
