Update to maven portfile - maven v1.1

Description
This portfile updates the maven portfile (this is maven 1 not maven2 or maven3). The final version in the maven 1.x line was 1.1. This port file changes the port name from "maven" to maven1" to make it consistent with the other maven ports. This will also allow for a maven_select util. I removed the deprecated cvs variant as well

Please remember to fill in the Port field. For updates to existing files, it is preferred to attach a unified diff rather than the complete new file.
You can't just rename a port, or nobody who has it installed under the old name will be able to have it automatically upgrade to the new version. You have to convert the old portfile to a stub, increment its revision, and put replaced_by newportname in it. (Or you could equally decide that it's not worth the trouble and leave the name as is.)

Thanks for the fixes. I have uploaded a diff file that converts the maven port into a stub. I will open a new ticket for the maven1 port.
