devel/dbus non-root daemon does not load on 10.4

Description
The second instruction output to users
launchctl load -w /Library/LaunchAgents/org.freedesktop.dbus-session.plist
does not work on 10.4.
The following error is output to my terminal:
launchctl: CFURLWriteDataAndPropertiesToResource(/Library/LaunchAgents/org.freedesktop.dbus-session.plist) failed: -10
Is there any special command non-root users should use to run this non-root-oriented daemon on 10.4?

I also get the message
launchctl: CFURLWriteDataAndPropertiesToResource(/Library/LaunchAgents/org.freedesktop.dbus-session.plist) failed: -10
with dbus 1.2.24_1, but the non-root daemon is started anyway. So, the problem with dbus 1.4.10_1 on Tiger is something else.

vinc17: have your tried the recently added dbus-devel port.
dbus-devel is tracking the dbus 1.5.x, development branch.
Note: there is only one launchd plist for this port and it does not require sudo, it's in /Library/LaunchAgents.

According to the Mailing List, this seems to be a Tiger related issue.
Closing since Tiger is an old OS and there is a workaround.
