Description

The TimeDate package (Date::Format, Date::Parse, Date::Language, Time::Zone) from CPAN is up to version 1.20, which was released 2009-12-12.

Attached are patches to bring the portfile up to date, as well as to add license info and to volunteer myself as port maintainer.

I'd suggest updating this right away for a couple of reasons: (a) the previous version, 1.16, looks like it has disappeared or is in the process of disappearing from CPAN mirrors, and (b) there are 9 other ports that depend on this one.

Thank you, adjusted whitespace in r73210 and updated version in r73211.

Note that the distfile for the new version would not download for me, without changing the path from which it would download, which is included in r73211.

Even if the file disappeared from all of the CPAN mirrors, it's still safely on the MacPorts distfile mirrors (e.g. the primary one).
