Using Apache/1.3.41 (Darwin) PHP/5.2.5
php update to 5.3.3 or 5.2.14
Result

I dont want to install apache2 !

If you don't want to use apache2, then use php5's +apache variant.
However, note that Apache 1 is at end of life and will be removed from MacPorts in the future. Please upgrade to Apache 2 as soon as possible.
