I noticed that my profile was using an old (and disabled) email address: ib51pi802@…
I updated my profile but see that my reported tickets are still authored by the old email and do not show up when I select “Tickets opened by me”.

I have changed your address from ib51pi802 [at] sneakemail.com to 521E328E-2A13-4749-826A-E4EF4F22A0F1 [at] uuid-mail.com in the Reporter and Cc fields of all tickets where I could find them.
