Here's your problem:

:info:build ../dist/../libdb_java/db_java_wrap.c:129:17: error: jni.h: No such file or directory

Looks like you don't have the current version of the port (or you need to clean and re-build) - so you will get the error message saying you are missing the java headers with the link to download the Java Developer Package from apple.
