coreutils, diffutils, gsed: man pages without the prefix are not available

Description
The with_default_names variant has been removed, with the side effect that "man sed" now gives the BSD sed man page. Either a variant should be re-added, or gnubin should be changed to gnu/bin and gnu/share/man should be added. If gnubin remains, then /opt/local/etc/man.conf should be updated to specify a new mapping for ${prefix}/libexec/gnubin with the new man path location.
