GStreamer pipeline crashes, upgrade to newer version

Description
The MacPorts GStreamer packages are a bit out of date compared to upstream. There are two bugs reports in GNOME Bugzilla about GStreamer 0.10.30 crashing:
https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=635700 and https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=628415
I'm not sure if updating GStreamer and the plugin packages will fix this, but having updated packages will allow MacPorts users to provide better feedback to the upstream developers.

You may want to contact Adrian Sampson, reporter of upstream bug 628415; it looks like he may have found a solution to this problem.
As 0.10.30 is the current release version of GStreamer we could not update it per se but could certainly add a patch to the Portfile.
If this patch resolves the problem for you, Adrian Sampson, and W. Michael Petullo we could probably attach it to Adrian's bug report in hopes that it may be integrated into a future release version.
Cheers,
Ryan
P.S. If you're feeling extra kind, perhaps you should report upstream bug 635700 as a duplicate of 628415 so that WMP's ticket leads to the solution.
