Description
As the title states, JVM runs out of heap space when the +docs variant is selected. It is likely to be caused by fop.
I have fop@1.0, Revision 1 when I attempted to upgrade xorg-libX11.
Complete log attached.

Yeah... that happens some times.

Where are you seeing that the JVM runs out of heap space? My impression reading the log is that the failure happens with an IllegalArgumentException.

I didn't even look at the log, but the VM heap space is a known issue that I raised on xorg-devel a couple of months back...

Hmm, you're right. It looks like the JVM heap space problem only occurs occasionally. The log I had attached is from a retry of upgrading xorg-libX11, after port clean --all xorg-libX11. I didn't realise that the build had failed for a different reason during the retry.

This is "not our bug" and the variant is off by default.
