like eric mentioned a little earlier, it is unnecessary to have your contents listed in both '{ }' blocks and normal '\' lists.
'\' lists alway work but isn't as nice looking. '{ }' blocks work when you do *not* need to append to the list
i would go with '\' lists to be safe...
