Growl installs preference pane in wrong location

Description
The Growl port now installs its preference pane in /Library/Preference Panes instead of /Library/PreferencePanes, which is incorrect (at least on Mac OS X 10.5.8).
I removed the space in both occurrences of "Preference Panes" in my copy of the Portfile and Growl appears to be installed correctly. Patch attached.
