Description
Apple's X11 will quit seconds after launch if I replace exec quartz-wm by exec gnome-session

OK, sorry, now, it works :) I thought my path was OK but it wasn't the case.

if you check your log - you will properbly find out its not a problem with gnome, but that you havnt set PATH to the gnome-session binary .. or something ... check your logs and report back :)
