Description
Valgrind shows too many allocs. Tested on MacBook Pro with Snow Leopard and Debian Linux valgrind 3.3.1. The one from MacPorts always show 2 allocs more than there actually is.

valgrind is at @3.9.0 now; does this still happen?

I am able to reproduce this, but I have no idea where to look for this issue.
Please ask upstream on their mailing list for assistance or report a bug upstream.
