BUG: esound 0.2.35 broken on pure Darwin

Description
The fix applied in the update to esound is incorrect: The CoreAudio framework is not available on e.g. OpenDarwin, and the +darwin variant is indeed set there.
The best solution would be to fix the configure script so that LDFLAGS are set properly. There are other and simpler ways to solve it, but I believe this would be the 'proper' way to fix it.
Ole, if you agree with this analysis, please say so, and I'll come up with a patch :)

I forgot to mention that I wouldn't mind maintaining esound, and that I therefore made a few minor changes to have the Portfile better suit my style :)

Even though work is already happening on this bug, it's still good practice to assing it to the port maintainer.

I must have thought that pure used the "pure-darwin" platform ... my fault, sorry.
I agree in your suggestion, and once again I will gladly accept your patch.. this will gimme me a bit of time to update more of the gnome/ to 2.10,
thanks dan !
