tex-mh @0 Checksum failure

Description

I tried to install tex-mh, but got a checksum failure:

$ sudo port install tex-mh

Upstream has certainly been updated (good old unversioned distfiles). Dan, should this port maybe be removed in favour of texlive-latex3?

Probably. Actually, this isn't the only port with this problem -- looks like most of the tex-* ports are obsolete, and it came up for revtex recently too. Let's go through the tex ports and see which ones should be removed. I'll send an email to the list.

breqn claims to be maintained by gwright (although it seems abandoned), so I filed #27832 before removing it.
