Patch to replace +gcc43 variant with +gcc45 and make it the default.

Perhaps miriad could get a gcc45 variant?
The only issue is that GCC 4.5 doesn't accept some code that GCC 4.4 did. The first patch updates to a newer MIRIAD codebase which fixes that issue. The second patch adds a +gcc45 variant, makes it the default, and removes the +gcc43 variant.
