gv will no longer page screen with "F" key on snow leopard

I get this error at runtime with the latest compiled ghostview: 

sox.astro.psu.edu[122] Warning: translation table syntax error: Unknown keysym name:  apLineDel
Warning: ... found while parsing '<Key>apLineDel:       GV_Page(page+5) '
Warning: String to TranslationTable conversion encountered errors

As such, keybinding don't work anymore.

I've attached a patch that solves the issue and is formatted the way Macports likes it.

Just add this line to your Portfile: 

patchfiles                      patch-src-gv_mis_res.dat.patch

And that fixes the problem. I've tested it on two computers in the Astronomy Department here and the issue is resolved.
