$ sudo port install py-pyqt4

I have the same problem. It's still broken with PyQt-mac-gpl-4.7.7.

(Upload main.log twice ...)

This was done for the other py*-pyqt4 versions when updating to 4.7.2, and so should have been done for this port in r69781. Moral of the story: don't commit updates without testing that they build.
