gdal +hdf4 install fails

$ port update outdated

This failed in gdal with an errors in hdf4imagedataset.cpp. I was able in install without hdf4. Then I tried:

$ port install gdal +hdf4

--->  Fetching gdal
--->  Verifying checksum(s) for gdal
--->  Extracting gdal
--->  Applying patches to gdal
--->  Configuring gdal
--->  Building gdal
Error: Target org.macports.build returned: shell command failed (see log for details)
Log for gdal is at: /opt/local/var/macports/logs/_opt_local_var_macports_sources_rsync.macports.org_release_ports_gis_gdal/main.log

The log has the following errors:

Can't reproduce. Probably fixed by subsequent updates.
