Port: dwarf added; dwarf-0.3.0 removed

Attempting to use this port produces the following error:

Can't map the URL 'file://.' to a port description file ("invalid command name "Mach-O"").
Please verify that the directory and portfile syntax are correct.
To use the current port, you must be in a port's directory.

The maintainers line is wrong; it should be your email address only, ideally in our obfuscated format (hostname:user)

Are flex and bison really library dependencies? I'm willing to entertain the idea that they are, but usually I've seen these utilities only used at build time.
