BUG: gnome-panel 2.10.0_0 fails with scrollkeeper_cl.xml error

I installed darwin ports per the documentation. I am attempting to build gnumeric. This is the first and only port I have tried to install. It got fairly far through the dependencies, until gnome-panel 2.10.0_0. Here's the error:

though this isn't the expected behavior and should be fixed, you can force activation:

sudo port -df activate gnome-panel

this was fixed with a number of ports.
