Description (last modified by ryandesign (Ryan Carsten Schmidt))
I have openmpi 1.5_0 installed. When trying to build fftw 2.1.5_3, configure fails with:
checking for mpicc... mpicc checking for MPI_Init... no checking for MPI_Init in -lmpi... no checking for MPI_Init in -lmpich... no configure: error: couldn't find mpi library for --enable-mpi

Don't know why you'd be missing /usr/lib/libmpi.0.dylib on 10.6, but this should be taken care of by r75744 in any case.
Note: See
TracTickets for help on using
tickets.
Consider using the newer fftw-3 port instead.
