Please read the FAQ on checksum errors. You did not provide the download mirror used.

the default mirror: "rsync://rsync.macports.org/release/ports/ [default]" was used! I changed the mirror to rsync://lil.fr.rsync.macports.org/release/ports/ and followed the first aid directions in the above "FAQ on checksum errors":

$ sudo port selfupdate $ sudo port clean --dist <portname> $ sudo port install <portname>

It solved the my problem Checksum md5 mismatch on the default mirror with crafty.
