libev should be updated to the latest version, currently 4.04.

I attached a patch to do this, but in fact, this causes the library version to increase, so everything using libev needs a revbump. Plus, the only thing I'm using that uses libev -- lighttpd -- doesn't build with 4.04, so this may need further thought.

This was reported and fixed in lighttpd in March 2011 but there hasn't been a release of lighttpd since August 2010.

This was reported and fixed in lighttpd in March 2011 but there hasn't been a release of lighttpd since August 2010.
lighttpd 1.4.29 was released a month ago (July 3rd, 2011):

Lighttpd 1.4.29 does not build on Mac OS X when SSL support is enabled. This will be fixed in 1.4.30 and I will update the port to that version when it is available.

I rev-bumped lighttpd in r84337.
possible patch
