archivers/dact upgrade version to 0.8.42, depend upon lzo2 rather than lzo, fix semi-broken livecheck

Attached please find a patch to update the dact port to the current release version.
I would have committed it myself but was unfamiliar with the purpose of several reinplace lines which had to be removed to allow the release version to destroot.
Removing these lines allows the program to build, but I want to be sure it works as intended before committing.

I chose to CC the two of you because you were the most recent committers to make functional changes to the port.
If you cannot help me determine if junking those reinplace lines is acceptable, please pass the buck to someone who can.
