Please uninstall, install lzo port and confirm that you can install mkvtoolnix @4.6.0_0

I had lzo installed before I started. When upgrading it pulled in lzo2, after that I uninstalled lzo. Does that count?

It should.
I can confirm I've built the attached 4.6.0 patch with both lzo and lzo2 ports installed and with and without +wxwidgets variant.
I've removed patchfile and files directory, and committed your patch in r76914. Ticket closed.
Note: See
TracTickets for help on using
tickets.
Looks fine to me. Builds and runs with +wxwidgets.
