Description
Please consider the attached py32 port diffs for sip and PyQt4 for inclusion. Note that in addition to installing on py32, the versions of the packages have also been bumped.

We've just tried it. It did not work for +universal variant, because a bad option is added to the configure string (--disable-dependency-tracking) in py32-sip.
However, it did work without +universal.

In the case of port submissions, complete portfiles are preferred. Although, in this case, the ports will likely be svn copy'ed.
