When upgrading the port file I noticed that skrooge wouldn't start up properly anymore: 

$ /opt/macports-test/Applications/KDE4/skrooge.app/Contents/MacOS/skrooge

skrooge(6759)/kdeui (kdelibs): Attempt to use QAction "view_context" with KXMLGUIFactory!

The displayed windows is without any function.

It looks like the "SKG GUI/Plugin" thing is the culprit. I haven't seen this before. Don't know what to do here.

OK, I finally remembered that calling 

kbuildsycoca4

might solve the issue. And it did! :-)

Done in r76948.
