does not build on puredarwin because openmotif does not build on puredarwin, so I made a puredarwin variant with lesstif which works ok

Hi Yves! I still haven't had a chance to reply to your mail, will do shortly. Instead of commiting this for you, I'll see to your cvs commit working so you can take care of it yourself and finally finish your OD bootstrap. As I told you, the cvs server has to be manually updated with user info.
