gnucash doesn't build with +without_hbci

Hello,
Since Gnucash @2.4.2, gnucash doesn't build with the +without_hbci variant selected. I believe this is because the option to disable hbci has changed from --enable_hbci to --enable_aqbanking. The configure_args have been updated, but the without_hbci variant args have not. The attached patch updates the variant args. I have tested this on my own machine and it solved the problem for me.

Although, now that I think about it, we probably ought to change the variant name too. aqbanking is used for other things besides HBCI (notably OFX Direct Connect support).
