texlive-bibtex-extra: missing depeendencies for biblatex

This port is supposed to provide the biblatex package, but (per ​http://mirror.its.uidaho.edu/pub/tex-archive/help/Catalogue/entries/biblatex.html) biblatex depends upon the etoolbox package (provided by texlive-latex-extra port which isn't listed as a dependency for texlive-bibtex-extra) and also the logreq package which texlive-bibtex-extra does not provide.

I think we need to: (1) Make the texlive-bibtex-extra port depend on texlive-latex-extra. (2) Make texlive-bibtex-extra provide the logreq package.

It would also be nice to have texlive-bibtex-extra provide the biber package to replace bibtex.

Our texlive ports follow the dependencies in the texlive package database, but nevertheless they are not always right. I will take a look.

It looks like all this will be fixed in texlive 2011, including adding biber. I'm working on porting the pretest version of that so we'll be ready once it's released.

Actually, I'm not thrilled with the way biber is packaged in texlive, so we may have it as a separate port.

I added a port for biber in r81618, called biblatex-biber. It's mostly intended for the forthcoming texlive 2011 update, but I think it should work in TL2010

And the dependencies should be fixed in TL2011, which is available now (r82097). Enjoy!
