I got this message after installation attempt:
...> Cleaning mesa ---> Computing dependencies for wineError: Unable to execute port: Can't install wine because conflicting ports are installed: wine-devel

The error is correct; wine and wine-devel are different versions (stable vs development) of the same software, so you can't have both active at the same time.
