Description
PostgreSQL extension that provides a function to remove accents from characters
depends on 'unac' from ticket #29426

Committed in r78584 with these changes:
- fixed whitespace (tabs to spaces, reformatted a bit)
- tweaked description
- used ${homepage} and ${version} variables in constructing ${master_sites}
- removed md5 checksum (being phased out of macports)
- removed "default_variants -universal" (isn't that the default?
- made a variant for postgresql90 too and made it the default
- moved common code out of variants (setting destroot.env)

Oh, forgot to say, I also marked the variants as conflicting with one another.
